We hope your half-birthday is wonderful, and we want you to know that the SPN Family loves you!
We’ve spent a wonderful two years at @spnfamilybirthdays celebrating Birthdays with you. Sending heartfelt messages and stories on your special day. But we’ve decided it’s time to say goodbye.
As of today, we will no longer be running our Birthday blog, @spnfamilybirthdays . It was a hard decision, but @atc74 , @just-another-busyfangirl and I have decided that it’s time let the blog go. This blog has been wonderful, but it has also taken a lot of time away from our daily lives, time that we could have spent with family, or on our own stories.
Thank you for letting us celebrate your special day with you. It was a fun two years, and we hope that you enjoyed it as much as we did. Thank you for your support.
Katy, Ang and Laura
P.S Thank you so much to @atc74 and @just-another-busyfangirl . I came up with this idea, and without them, it never would have happened. They are two amazing, sweet women who are such talented writers. They were so easy to work with, and I will never forget our time together on this little blog.
Please reblog this to get the word out.
Please signal boost to spread the word.
Hey @bobasheebaby, Happy Birthday! Lots of love from your SPN Family!
You hummed to yourself as you mixed the dough, pleased with your decision to bake yourself some birthday goodies. You enjoyed baking, the creation of something delicious always making you happy, both during the baking and afterward.
You were just about pleased with the mix when you felt a presence behind you, strong hands landing on your hips. A kiss was placed on your temple and you turned to look up at Jeff behind you.
“Why are you workin’ on your birthday?” he asked teasingly, making you smile.
“It’s not work if it’s something you love,” you answered, shrugging. Jeff still didn’t let you go as you began to scoop dough out of your mixing bowl and onto the pan.
You were about halfway done when he grabbed your hand holding the spoon and made it detour to his mouth, taking a bite to taste.
“Mmm,” he hummed, licking his lips. “Almost as sweet as my girl.”
You giggled, getting the rest of the dough onto the pan and elbowing Jeff gently to have him move so you could pop the pan in the oven. He got out of the way and watched you set the timer before pulling you into his arms again.
“Whatever will we do with our time now?” he asked, a twinkle of mischief in his eye. You laughed.
“I’m sure we could think of something,” you answered, grinning when he dragged you out of the kitchen and up the stairs.

Hey @alangel1985, Happy Birthday! Lots of love from your SPN Family!
Your eyes were starting to hurt from looking at the computer screen for so long, but you just rubbed them and kept going. This coding project was going to be the death of you, but you knew once you were done you’d be proud. It was the most complicated code you’d ever written, and it was nearly done.
You were so engrossed in your work that you didn’t hear the door to your apartment open, or the call of your name.
When Gabriel’s hands landed on your shoulders, though, you jumped in surprise. You turned to see who it was, scoffing.
“Gabe, don’t scare me like that!” you reprimanded, turning back to the computer. Even though you weren’t looking at him, you knew Gabriel was rolling his eyes at you.
“I’m sorry you tune out the world around you when you’re working, Y/N, that’s not my fault,” he replied. He reached over your shoulder to hit the power button on the monitor.
“Hey!” you exclaimed, but Gabriel was now covering up the power button so you couldn’t turn the monitor back on.
“Ah, ah,” he said, shaking his finger at you. “You are taking a break. We’re going to go walk around the park, and I’m going to buy you an ice cream. It’s your birthday, you need to get away from your computer for an hour, at least.”
You sighed, knowing that Gabriel wouldn’t take no for an answer. In the back of your mind, though, you were grateful for the forced break. You stood, taking Gabriel’s offered hand and lacing your fingers together.
Once you were outside and took a deep breath of fresh air, you knew that walk through the park with your man would be marvelous.

Happy Birthday @blackcherrywhiskey Hope you have a wonderful day! Much love from your Supernatural family.
“I can’t believe I actually talked you into this,” you muttered for what had to be the tenth time in the past hour. “You’ve never even talked about going to a beach, let alone body surfing.”
Standing and looking a little unsure of himself in a pair of swim trunks and a t-shirt, he shrugged his shoulders. “I’ve never really even thought about it. I’m more used to a bar, or a haunted house. But you sounded so excited about this that I couldn’t say no.”
Jumping up, you pressed a kiss to Dean’s cheek. “Thank you, Dean, you’re the best!”
“Damn right I am!” He exclaimed, letting you take the lead. You joined the group of other beginning surfers, letting the instructor talk. Sure, you had done this more than once, but you hadn’t wanted to let Dean know. He had seemed so excited that the two of you were trying something new. Together.
After the instructor telling you everything that you already knew, you tugged Dean away from the group. “Wait, shouldn’t we stick with them. Until we get everything figured out?”
Pressing up against him, you shook your head. “I think you and I will be able to figure it out. Away from all those annoying newbies.”
He seemed okay with your answer, his hand skimming the bare skin of your belly. “You know I’d follow you anywhere. But I also don’t want to drown. Maybe we could head back to that little cabana over there, drink a pina colada or two. Then we can decide if we’ll go body surfing.”
You could easily see how nervous he was, and it was utterly adorable. “Dean, I have to admit something.”
“You don’t feel comfortable doing it either?” He asked hopefully.
Taking his head, you led him away from the cabana, towards the water lapping at the sand. “Dean, I’ve done this once or twice. I think we’ll be okay.”
He seemed unsure for a moment before he nodded. “If you’re in charge, we’ll definitely be okay. But pina colada’s after?”
“Sounds perfect,” you assured him.
Happy Birthday from @katymacsupernatural
Happy birthday @hannahindie! May your day be surrounded by great friends, good whiskey and new memories! Much love from your Supernatural family!
You walked into the bunker through the front door and it was quiet. The bunker was normally filled with a constant din, a white noise. But there wasn’t a sound, besides the humming of the machines in the war room. You set your bags down on the map table and pulled your gun from your handbag, making your way down the hall. You could hear voices coming from the kitchen.
“Can someone please teach me how to wrap this?” You heard Jack’s voice first, filled with frustration.
“It’s easy buddy. Come here and I’ll show you,” Sam offered the young man he had taken under his wing.
“Sam, have you seen the newspaper? I need the comic to wrap this for Y/N,” Dean asked his brother.
Before you heard another word, you backtracked to the war room and gathered your things, stowing your gun. You made as much noise as possible on your way back to your room, humming a mindless, made up tune to alert the men of your presence. You made it back to your, a smile spread wide across your face as you collapsed on the bed.
“Hey, Y/N! Have a good time today?” Sam poked his head in your room.
“Yeah, I did. It was a good day,” you smiled, pulling yourself upright.
“Good. Come in the kitchen then. Maybe we can make it great,” Sam held out his hand for your to take and you followed him to the kitchen, hand in hand.
“Happy birthday!!!” Dean, Cas, and Jack stood around the table filled with gifts, your favorite whiskey, and five glasses. Not to mention your four favorite people.
“Here open mine!” Sam handed you a neatly wrapped package. You hesitantly tore off the paper, mindful of the perfect job he did wrapping it. Inside was a copy of I’ll Be Gone In The Dark, a true crime novel about the Golden State Killer.
“Thank you, Sam. I love it,” you hugged him tightly.
“You weirdos and your thing for serial killers. Ewww,” Dean shivered.
“Y/N, please open mine next,” Jack handed you a box, that while neatly wrapped, you can tell it was his first attempt. Inside the box was a book of cross stitch patterns titled Subversive Cross Stitch: 50 F*cking Clever Designs for Your Sassy Side. There was also new hoops, threads and aida, along with needles, bobbins and a bunch of cool tools.
“Jack, I love it! This is perfect! I’ll teach you how to cross stitch, too!” You hugged the young man enthusiastically.
Cas gave you Cryptid, the board game and you received a Mothman tee shirt from Dean. You hugged them all again and raised your glass.
“I got myself something for my birthday, too,” you smiled, sipping from your whiskey.
“Oh yeah? What’d’ya get yourself?” Dean laughed, pouring another round.
“This!” You lifted your sleeve, showing off your new Mothman tattoo. “It goes great with my new shirt.”
Happy birthday from @atc74!

Happy Birthday @wheresthekillswitch! We hope you have an amazing day! Much love from your Supernatural family!
A soft knock sounded on your door frame. “Hey, Y/N. Can you come help me in the garage?”
“Oh yeah sure!” You jumped up to follow him. You loved working on the old cars in the garage with Dean whenever time allowed, especially if he was working on his baby. It gave you time to concentrate on something else and clear your head. Anything that gave you clarity these days was a welcome change. You also couldn’t wait for the weather to warm up so you get back outside for longer than twenty minutes without freezing your tush off.
“I just need a hand for a couple minutes and you know more than Sam,” Dean explained as you followed him through the long halls to the Bunkers garage. You came to stop when you saw a very large item wrapped in newspaper sitting across the bed of the old pick up you used sometimes.
“Uhhhh, Dean? What is that?” You stared at the odd package.
“That, Y/N, is your birthday present,” Sam’s voice sounded behind you.
“Aww, you remembered,” you said quietly, turning to see him coming down the steps.
“Not something we could easily forget, Sweetheart,” Dean joined you back at the stairs and they led you over to the truck. “Go on, open it!”
You ripped into the wrapping and your eyes went wide. “You guys got me a kayak?!”
“That’s from Sam. This is from me,” Dean smiled wide as he pulled a tarp off what you thought was a pile junk in the corner. Technically, it was a pile of junk, but with some TLC, she would be a beauty. “I thought we could restore her together.”
“This is the best birthday ever, you guys. Thank you so much!” You hugged Dean first, then turned to Sam.
He wrapped his large arms around you, holding you longer than usual, before he pulled back. “I, uh, I found a creek just a few miles north of here. Thought maybe we could give it a test run once the weather warms up.”
“I love that idea. Thank you, Sam,” you smiled up at him, feeling your cheeks heat up under his gaze.
“Something is heating up,” Dean muttered, but you both heard him, your cheeks flushing even more.
“Can I take you dinner for your birthday tonight?” Sam asked shyly.
“Yeah. I would really like that, Sam,” you reached our and took his hand in yours. Two new rides and maybe, just maybe, a wish come true when you blew out your candles later.
Happy birthday from @atc74!
